Default Adjust Window size at open

In Windows XP, when I click on a Folder, (in this case, the folder to my back up drive) it always opens as a fairly small window.

I can expand it easily, but I would prefer it open to a size large enough that I can see all of the sub folders in it.

I tried re-sizing, then closing, hoping it would remember the new size, but that didn't work.

Any suggestions, thoughts?

Thanks,
Gary
