Default Foreign Language Fonts

I don't remember how I made several foreign language fonts start showing up in my font lists. I need to either hide them or make them show up on my co-workers' computers. Does someone know how to show or hide them from the font lists?

For instance, I created a whole brochure in MS PMincho thinking it was a regular font. None of my coworkers can work with it because they only have MS Mincho. Aparently, MS PMincho is a foreign language variation in the MS Mincho ttf. All computers in my office have MS Mincho installed, but only mine has MS PMincho as an available font.
