Is there a way to open and edit an EDRW file in Visio?

Edit: Can any of the following file types be converted to Visio: easm, step, x_t, sldprt?

Visio is not a 3D program so it can only work with 2D renders of 3D models.

I don't think any of those formats are supported. See Import or insert graphics into Visio drawings - Microsoft Support

This thread suggests you export to EMF and import that to Visio - SolidWorks
