Certain drawings are not listed as "pages" - how do I print these?
I have a Visio-Files that contains four drawings (or tabs). Strange enough, only the first two are shown in the print preview. And also, when I click on the tabs, on the first two I see the text "Page 1 of 2" or "Page 2 of 2" in the lower left corner of the status bar while on the other two that status bar area remains empty.
It thus seems that for some odd reasons the other two drawings are not considered as "page". Why is that so and how can I print these? This is using "Visio® Plan 2 MSO (Version 2306 Build 16.0.16529.20226) 32-bit" on Windows 10. |

Visio Pages can be set as Background or Foreground Pages. The Background pages appear in italics. When you choose to print the pages, it will show only the Foreground Pages.
If this is what has happened to your document, you can Right click on the page tab and choose Page Setup... On the Page Properties tab of that dialog you can change the Page Type to Foreground.

Thanks! That was exactly it and resolved the issue. I hadn't even been aware of that feature and no idea how/why that was set to background.
