Default Creating new connectors in a straight line

Hi

I have a diagram with 2 boxes and one arrow between them.

I now need to add another arrow beneath it parallel, say about 2 millimetres.

I have added new connection points but i am not able to get the connection points to be at the same height on the 2 boxes, meaning i cannot make the line parallel.

Advice appreciated!

Thanks

Have you looked at the shapesheet for each of the boxes? In the shapesheet you can adjust the positions and behaviours of the connection points.

Have a look at this Youtube Video which gives a good description of what you need to know about connection points and the shapesheet.
