Default Help with Visio bullet points and tabs

Hi there,

I am new to Visio so bear with me!

I have selected a shape that I want to put text into. Everything seems to be working fine, except the last bullet point I have. Visio keeps putting in a space between the last and second last bullet points. See attached picture for reference. I have been though the paragraph and tab settings but can't figure out what's going on.

Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide!

My guess is that the invisible paragraph mark at the end of the paragraph is sized to the Topics heading font size.

If you select the Entire paragraph from the start to the finish does the shaded selection include a space after the 3? What is the font size or does that number disappear when the extra paragraph mark character is included.

If that isn't it, put your cursor after the 3 and press Enter - does that allow it tighten up to the preceding item. If not, have a look at the Paragraph format Space Before setting

Thanks so much for your reply. It ended up being a combination of what you posted.
If I put a 4th sub-bullet point, it was going to size 10 font, when the others were size 6. Sorted out the spacing issue and just had to resize the header back to size 10.

First real attempt at using Visio and it seems like the text aspect is not that user-friendly!

Either way, appreciate the help!
