Hi guys, I did some schemas during last decade and it looked not bad.


I spent a lot of time because didn't have enough experience.
With all intuitive things VISIO offers I am still confused now...
I need to create a very basic schema that will include
2 department (let say i will drag two big squares.

3 offices in each dep. (I will insert 3 squares in each DEP square)

then I have to insert 1 pc in each office

and finally show the host server and show that whole network is on 1 Gb.

Sure I can do some primitive schema.

Now, I want to ask may be there is a stencil for an office with comp - nice one .

Visio is fun... may be I will learn some basics during creation of the schema needed.
So, I will ask some questions... hope somebody will help

Q: how to make a square around each comp pic to make an "office" .
Can I drag some shape? What is the best method? Or I have to make a square first and then to insert comp pic?

I did my schema by inserting images of my taste and arranged all the shapes with the necessary text.
