Post how to keep a perfect duplicate of a shape in a visio page

Hi there,
I was asked as part of my internship to make a template with 3 shapes, which will then be used to establish process flows.
The three forms are as follows:
Capture d’écran 2022-11-21 111819.png
these forms are linked to a list of predefined services like engineering, environment, security... and when I change the service in the list, the services are automatically changed in the forms. To do this, I selected the service shape in process shape, then opening the ShapeSheet, I filled in as follows:
HideText =IF(STRSAME(Sheet.1047!Prop.PSERVICE,"Environment" ),FALSE,TRUE)
Capture d’écran 2022-11-21 113050.png
so so far everything is working fine. However, when I duplicate the shape, the formula in the HideText changes. I have :
IF(STRSAME(REF(),"Environment"),FALSE,TRUE)
And then, nothing works.

(you can see at the top left of the image the previously duplicated form and we notice that when I change service, the description of the service of the form remains blocked)
Do you have any idea how to help me? Thanks in advance!

Did you try adding the shape to a stencil and then drag an instance of that new shape onto the page to create the first shape. This would ensure that the shapes were linked to a document stencil shape and might resolve the issue.

Post a sample doc with your shape if you want someone to investigate it.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to answer me, but indeed I spoke of a copied pasted above which did not work, but I also tried to drag the shape into the template but the problem is the same . The formula does not replicate exactly...
Unfortunately I can't upload my document, I can only share screenshots...
