I need to replicate the RED vertical lines as shown in this picture. What is the best way. Their spacing
will not be consistent.

Default

Create the first one and duplicate it by holding the Ctrl key down and click-drag a copy. If you hold the shift key as you drag you will keep it aligned horizontally.

You can also use the size and position dialog to type in numbers to fine tune the offsets.
