Have used Visio 2007 for years and just got 2021 standalone. Now the measurement tool in the training video says to hold Ctrl and pick shape then right click to get the "Precision & Units" window for the change from inches to feet but I don't get that window. Do I have all the features of 2021? Microsoft support is not any help at all.

It probably depends on the shape. For instance, if you right click on a 'Controller Dimension' shape you should see the Precision and Units option but you won't see that on a different type of shape where that option isn't specifically built in.

Do you see a 'Units' field in the Shape Data for the shape you are trying to configure?
