Autocad export settings
Is there a way to config the autocad export settings? For now if i export a file the autocad will be filled with 'groups'. I want this to be blocks, because i can replace them more easy. If I make an export, there are some blocks (not placed) in the autocad file, also blocks of the shapes i used in visio. |

I'm not an Autocad user so I don't know the difference between a block and a group. It doesn't appear that there are any optional settings that can configure the SaveAs or Export of a dwg file.
Are you saying that some of your Visio content is being exported as blocks and some is being exported as groups and that you want everything as blocks? If so, is this related to what appears in the Document Stencil and what doesn't?

What I see is that visio exports a DWG with groups on the location of the placed (visio) shapes. In the autocad file I can also find the same shapes as blocks, but those are 'just there' and not placed (some kind of libary?).

Have you tried saving in AutoCAD Interchange format? Is that any better.
I still don't see any possible export settings that you can tweak which would change the groups but the dxf is worth a try.

I already tried the dxf. This is the same.
