Visio is copying the entire blank page
Hello MS Office Forum,
I am currently trying to copy my Visio template to my Word Document, but unfortunately it always copies the entire Visio page inside that picture so that my drawing is unnatural small. Before (maybe some months ago?) it copied only my drawing in the perfect size according to my font size. And that’s exactly what I need: That the font size in my drawing matches the font size of my Word document. And also I don’t want the entire blank Visio page. I only need my drawing. Do you have any ideas which function solves my issue? Below I attached a Screenshot. The problem occurs in Word as well as in PowerPoint. So I believe it’s Visio’s fault. Thanks, Jebediah |

My guess is that there is a white shape in the bottom right corner. What is selected if you press Ctrl-A to select all in Visio? Do the handles show only the shapes you can see or is there something else there?
Secondly, how are you getting the graphic into Word/Powerpoint? Are you copy/pasting or saving out to a graphic format such as PNG and then importing that into the program.
