Morning all.

It has been moons since I last used Visio. But it has reared its frustrating head again and I need to do a new Organisational chart.

Trouble is, I have popped the data into excel in the preferred format (Name, Reports_To, Title, Grade) and it just creates 214 individual pages with every person on their own page.

Any suggestions at all? Using MS Office 16 and Visio 16 for all.

The wizard has a page with options for "I want to specify how much of my organization to display on each page". What did you select on that page?

Do the contents in Reports_To column match EXACTLY the values in the Name column? You probably should verify that there aren't spaces in cells you can't see on screen. Make sure this relationship is correctly chosen in that page of the Wizard.
