Office 365 Visio NOT saving image as *.png!
I have been using the online version of Visio 365(NOT desktop), and was able to save my drawing as an image(i.e, .png). However, I try multiple times today, and click on Download, but there is NOTHING happening when I do so. As mentioned, prior to today, I was able to save as *.png.
Does anyone have any suggestions as how to proceed to make this happen? It is imperative that I save these drawings as they are part of a larger Word document. thank you.

Is it browser-specific? Which browser are you using and does it make a difference if you use a different browser to access Visio 365

My default browser is Edge. I tried it with Chrome today, and it is working.

Sigh, another instance where a non-Microsoft product works better to access a Microsoft tool. Are you using the up to date version of Edge - the one that is supposed to be based on the Chromium engine?
