Ceiling Tile overlay for corporate office cubicle layout

I have a by name cubicle layout of the floor I work on. For testing I do, I need to know the distance from one point to another. The ceiling tiles are 2ft by 4ft, is there a way to create a grid overlay where each square is 2ft by 4ft and also scale to the image of the cubicle layout?
