Default How to size shapes without distortion

I'm using Visio Professional 2016. When I copy an arrow from one spot on my diagram to another and then make the copy longer, the arrowhead gets distorted. How do I prevent that?

Try experimenting with the Group/Ungroup options when right clicking the arrow:
