Hi, I am using Visio 2013 Professional and I am experiencing some problems with swimlanes (Cross-Functional Flowchart). I don't appear to be able to alter the height of the swimlanes even when I cannot get a shape completely within one Swimlane. The other problem I am experiencing is the title on a Swimlane. Most of the titles I can see, however, one of the titles is three lines long and I can only read the middle line. I have tried a number of different things to rectify this but nothing appears to work. Can someone describe in a simplistic way how I could change the settings to enable me to complete this task? TIA
