Losing data when converting to a PDF
Hello all,
I am new here and didn't notice a what not to post thread so please let me know if I am putting this in the wrong section or violating some type of rule. My problem: I have a file I am working on that I have set up in a large plotter format. My page is setup to be 108"X36"(9'X3'). I have section of the drawing done and need to output it to a PDF. I have tried every way possible to save the file out to PDF. It comes up like it is saving the file and saves it very fast. (Almost to fast for the amount of detail.) I have saved it at least 20 different times changing settings along the way. Some times when I open the PDF it gives me and error saying something is corrupt or missing and I need to contact author of the PDF file. The biggest issue is that it isn't saving everything that is on my Visio drawing. It's like it saved random parts all across the drawing. Is there a setting I need to change some where to make this work? All of my small drawings seem to save fine but this large one is giving me problems. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated. Also I am using Window 7 32bit, Office 2013, and Adobe Reader. |
