Default Problem linking Visio to Word

Hi all,

I've done some Visio drawings and I want to add them to a Word document. I'd like to add them with link to the origin Vision file in order to get updates into Word when the visio drawings are updated.

When I insert from file in Word and check the link checkbox the inserted picture is much bigger than the origin Visio drawing. In fact Word adds White space around the drawing and when I try to shrink the Picture by dragging this affects all drawing, the White space too.

Is this a bug?

I am not certain this can be done. I can find no option for this to happen...unless it can be done via VBA (which I am not familiar with to offer a solution).
