Default Visio 4.0 pictures are pixilated

I still have Visio 4.0 (1991-1995, Win 95, NT 3.1) sorry to say.
It still works somewhat, but I have a bunch of old .vsd files that are pictures, that are badly pixilated.

I need a way to convert these 1000 + pictures into something that cleans them up, removing the pixilation.

Note: The drawing files in the same folder are not pixilated.

I can do them one at a time, by opening the file, then using Save As, and saving it as a .wmf file. Whenever I do that, the filename remains the same, only the file extension changes.

But how could I do that for all 1000 + files automatically?

All of these picture files have the prefix of either Ph, or ph, and share the file extension of .vsd. They are all in a folder titled Visio Files 1058.

If a macro solution is required, I may need someone to walk me through it.

I can do it "off Network" on my laptop, if software is required.

Thanks,
Gary
