The only formulas I see is on in CN1 and then some crazy ones in column CD.

Basically, it appears these formulas are counting how many times each number in CF to CM are occurring in A to CB and then multiplying these counts together. The final result is going to equal zero anytime any of the numbers in CF to CM are not found in A to CB. The result is one if and only if all the numbers are found.

The formula in CN1 then counts the number of instances where all conditions are met. Is this basically what you are trying to do?

If so, I see that, with the exception of the rows with no data in CF to CM, all data in CF to CL are identical with the exception of row 3. Only CM has different data in each row. Please clarify your intent here.
