Your post is confusing.

You say:

That's easy. But then you say:

there must be the name: hoofdstuks
BUT there is no '</book_content>' in the document!

As for:

On the end of every chapter (after the </vers>)

AND
On the end of the book
</book>
that's easy enough to do too.

However, you still haven't explained what you want done with all the content at the front (before chapter 1) and all the content after the last verse. Because I don't know what you want to do with these, I can't do any coding to deal with them correctly.
