In the Cross-reference dialog box, you will only see those captions for which there is a caption label defined in Word. Some of the numbers in your sample document use { SEQ Equation } while others use { SEQ ( }. "Equation" is a default caption label in English language versions of Word, while "(" is not.

Note that you can always enclose a caption or caption number in a bookmark and then insert a cross-reference to bookmark text.

But from which setting { SEQ Equation } and { SEQ ( } is controlled?
