problem with ctrl+c

Hallo everyone
can somebody please help me with my spreadsheet? It happens always after a while that when I press ctrl+c it doesn´t copy but instead it wants to erase cells. Does anyone know how to make the spreadsheet work again normally, so when I press ctrl+c it will copy the selected cells and other things.
