Word Works - Publisher Doesn't
Cross posted after no responses on Publisher sub-forum.
I have Office 2010 with three licenses. Recently it asked me for my product key again. I put it in and Office works fine. But Publisher will only load as a "Trial Period" and tells me it has expired. I click upgrade, enter the product key, Office installs again... but not Publisher. Any ideas? Thanks. |

Hi ADKREV,
Did you originally have a trial version of Office installed? If so, did you uninstall that before installing the licensed version? When you input the Product Key, did you do it from the Admin account? Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling just Publisher?

Thanks Paul. I am sure the computer had a trial version and I installed the licensed version over the top. I will uninstall everything and then try a full install from the disk.
