Default Format Text Box Dialog box Ok and Close Buttons hidden behind task bar

I am running Publisher 2021, version 2411, on my desktop, not in my browser.
Windows 10.
I have a laptop with a 4k monitor.

When I open the Format Text Box dialog box the bottom buttons are behind my task bar. I've tried making the publisher window smaller, but this dialog box is still too big for the screen. I've tried Alt+Space and resize, but it doesn't let me actually resize the dialog box. I can move it around, but I can't push it up far enough to see the buttons fully. The top of the box always snaps to the top of the screen.
I'll insert a screen shot at the bottom. Edit: that didn't work. Here's a link. https://imgur.com/TdT96C1
The internet says to change monitors or screen resolutions. I'm not really interested in those two possible solutions. Is there any other way to fix this, or do I just have to live with it?
Thanks for any help.

Thought ...can you move it down far enough to see the top, then resize it by grabbing the top and sizing it down ?

I can move it around, but it does not allow the box to be resized.

Do you have the Task Bar settings to auto hide ?

No, it's locked in place.
I did some more playing around this morning and figured it out.
For a 4k screen, Windows 10 uses a 250% scale factor as default. Publisher must use that number to size the dialog box without actually checking the screen size to see if it will fit. If I change to 225%, it fits just fine. If I change to 300%, the buttons are completely off the bottom of the screen.
I ended up using a custom scale factor, because 225% is a little small for my middle-aged eyes. But a drop from 250% to 240% was enough to make the box fit.
For anyone else that finds this.
Right click on your desktop, chose Display Settings.
Find Scale factor and make it one size smaller (250% to 225%, for example). If that's a little too small for you, click on Advanced Scaling Settings and you can change by 1% increments.
