Blurry pictures when sending mails via publisher

Dear community,

as I could not find any solution after hours of searching, I would like to ask wether you already found a solution for my problem.

I use Win 11, MS Office/Publisher 2021.
When I send an email-template / e-mail newsletter from publisher to MS Outlook to forward it, is is already with a reduced picture quality (blurry picture) in the mails to be send.
How may I correct this problem?
Do you know wether Microsoft has any possibilities to get here a solution?
