Every month as part of the village magazine DTP, I create a page of events. Basically it comprises date, day, time, and event separated by tabs.
The problem arises when I need to add an event to an existing table. If I press Enter at the end of the preceding line (the more automatic thing for me to do) Publisher assumes I want the next number, which is not usually the date I want, but worse, it assumes the formatting I want and applies this to the new line and the previous line. How do I stop this. |
