How to wrap text around inline pictures in Microsoft Publisher?

I am make a document that has little bio paragraphs for actors and I want a picture to go with each bio with the text wrapping around the picture. If I format the picture to wrap text, that works fine, but if I add more text in front of the bio, the pictures stays put while the text moves down. I want to the picture and the text to stay together.

So... I tried making the picture inline to get it to stay with the text, but that destroys the text wrap. Is there a way I can get BOTH text wrapping and inline behavior?
