Default lost pictures

I am showing a new editor how to use MS Pub in our club newsletter.
She had completed her four pages with text and pictures and then wanted to change the file name. She went to 'save as", made the changes and when her four pages came back up, all of the spaces that contained pictures were missing the pictures. Three of the pages were missing pictures, a fourth page was not affected.

Does anyone have an idea of what happened?

Angry

I just got the same issue.
Random pictures went missing.
A 44 page magazine.

It's ridiculous, it's as if this software isn't maintained by Microsoft anymore, how do they even charge people for this thing still?

Terrible, be warned it can happen to you.
