Default Making a Yearbook

Hi all,

I am looking for advice on making a yearbook. This yearbook is a little different though. It is for a Yacht Club and the members are not new every year. I am currently using Microsoft Publisher. My issue is when I have to add a new member in alphabetical order I have to manually shift all the other members below them and this is very time consuming. Is there a better way? I need a way to automatically shift the people down kind of like excel does.

Any Suggestions are welcome.
Thank you
