It appears to be a specific problem between calibri and Times New Roman though there may be a couple of other fonts that change to TNR.
I do some work towards a parish magazine on my PC in Publisher 2016/Windows 10 The editor also does work in a seperate file. Again Publisher 2016/Windows 10. the files are similarly set up. We've recently found that if grouped text boxes using Calibri font in my file are copied from my file & pasted into hers, the calibri font changes to Times New Roman in her file. If the font is corrected in her file and the text boxes are pasted back in my file, the same thing happens. It also happens irrespective of who's PC both files are on. Both files display their own contents/fonts correctly on both PC's. both PC's have same fonts installed. we're not embedding fonts. Unfortunately it's not practical to use the same file. is there a setting that we've missed? I'd welcome some advice as it requires the content of the magazine to be carefully checked for hidden text moved out of sight. |
