Storing linked images in folders
Hi,
I'm writing a how-to manual with 100s of jpeg images so I'm using linked images. It will be commercially printed, so I will be using the Pack & Go Wizard to create a PDF file. My first question is, what is the best way to organise all the images? Should I put them all in one single folder, or is it ok to use separate folders? Also, does the P&GW automatically embed fonts in the PDF? I have Office365 but when I use its version of Publisher, the file is very slow and unstable, so I have reverted to Publisher 2007, which works completely normally. Is there anything I can do to make the 365 version more stable? I'm so frustrated with it falling over every 10 minutes. Any advice/suggestions gratefully received. Thanks!
