Default Publisher 2019 Standalone Question

My wife had publisher on her old WinXP rig and I'm buying her a new rig for Christmas. Since she refuses to "adapt" to Linux with me, her new rig will be running Win10. Everything I've read says that her old version won't run under 10 so I'm hoping to install Publisher 2019 on her new one. I've heard of a standalone Publisher 2019 - can this be installed WITHOUT installing the rest of the office app? She has absolutely no use for any of the other office products so that would be the best of all worlds for us. I don't want to have to spend any more cash on office software than I have to. If so, where can I find this standalone version? I was hoping to avoid going directly through Microsoft because they want way more personal information that they really need (yes I actually AM that paranoid - ) so I'd rather buy it from someone else. I tried Amazon but all I came up with was tutorials.

Any advice, info or suggestions that you can offer would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
TJ

I believe you can. I have MS Office (home version or whatever) and Standalone Publisher. Publisher does not interact with Office, so I believe you can install and use just Publisher.

Thanks for the input.
Can I ask what version of office and Publisher you are using?
Also, where were you able to find the standalone version to buy it.
I'm having trouble finding it.
Thanks

I'm using:
Office Home & Student 2016 for PC
and

Publisher 2016.

Apparently it's no longer available. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/pu...%3aoverviewtab

Dang. I paid $110 for it. Apparently, you have to buy the Office 365 subscription, which is $70 a year.
