Default Keyline Frames

I am delivering a Publisher course this week to delegates who have already been using it. I have a list of questions from them - some include terms that i don;t associate with Publisher. Here are a few - if anyone can help I'd appreciate it!
1. Keyline frames - adding to more than one page at a time (I cannot find anything about keyline in Publisher)
2. use of guides/placeholders/alignment to keyline frames (avoiding multiple manual correctionsre overhangs/unwanted white space)
3. Customised bullets - you can do this in Word but I can find no way to do this in Publisher other than what they offer you
5. Image shapes - can you add additional shapes to those on the menu?

Any help or advice anyone can give I'd be very grateful for. Thank you.
