Compatability of Publisher 2007 and 2013 text boxes with text missing on 2007 version
My colleague and I produce a 24-32 page monthly village newsletter using Publisher. She is on 2013 and I use 2007. I am loathe to 'upgrade' as I see lots of disadvantages and am happy with 2007 except . . .
We produce, say, a 1/4 A4 page article. She can see the full article whilst on my Publisher 2007 it shows the dots on the bottom of the box indicating some text is missing. We have checked some possible reasons for this anomaly (using same size paper, margins, borders, layout guides, etc.) and confirm our text boxes measure the same size. This issue costs us a lot of time with cross-checking each month. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we can get our two different versions to communicate effectively so that we are both seeing the same thing? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. |
