Why am I having trouble setting up Margins in Publisher
I am self taught to use Publisher and I think I've come quite a ways in the last 10 to 12 years. I love publisher but recently I tried something new and have run into problems. I work in my church's office setting up small monthly newsletters and also a once-a-year ad book. For economic reasons we decided to print our ad book on 11x17 tabloid four pages per sheet; so I set up all the margins and it looks perfect on screen but when I print and try to do a simple cut to get four pages some of the margins look out of wack and I can't for the life of me figure it out. I tried attaching a file for your perusal and you'll see that it looks perfect on screen until I try to cut it into 4 pages that will be printed on front and back. Please help. Thanks. Manny |

Manny, there's no file attached—that's probably necessary to figure this out.
The obvious first Q is: Do you have the same printer specified within Pub as the printer you actually print on? Is there anything going on with odd & even numbered pages? Pub might mirror such, which would stop margins being duplicates. |
