I’ve been using Publisher for twenty years and never come across this.
I help put together a parish magazine. I have one .pub file which contains adverts and other items. My co-editor has another file with articles and the main layout. For years she has been copying & pasting my items inter her file without problem. I recently changed a fill colour in a text box which itself is empty and effectively the background colour for a grouped set of text boxes which themselves have no fill. When pasted into her .pub file, the fill changed from purple to tan! I tried it on my PC and the same thing happened. It can be corrected quite simply but why would it do it? I cannot think of any default to change. We both both run Win 10 but my Publisher is 2016 and hers 2007 Any thoughts anyone |
