I have today used publisher for the very first time and felt rather proud of the poster I had created, then when I tried to email this poster to someone the problems started, I ran it through design checker and think the solution would be to make the poster smaller (as the pictures are coming up as low resolution) I have tried the way of going to page settings and reducing the size but still the same, I don't want to do this poster all over again as it took ages to do, but I am losing the will to live at the moment
Any suggestions please? be aware I am not very technically minded!!I created the original poster in publisher 2007 and have updated my version of publisher, there is an option for me to put a file onto publisher but when I try and do this it says it's already on publisher!!Last edited by Denysemarst1; 12-08-2018 at 10:48 AM. If the recipient of the poster via email doesn't actually need the file to be in a Publisher format (to be opened in their version of Publisher), have you considered printing the PUB file poster to PDF via the printer selection menu?
![]() Windows 10 has this PDF print option available or your newer version of Publisher may have an option to Export (File > Export > Create PDF) the poster as a PDF. Then it's a simple case of emailing the PDF poster for the recipient to view. |
