Default Saving .pub file to .pdf not enough memory

Hi,

Im attempting to create a pretty large file using MS Publisher. I'm using the mail merge feature to create numbered tickets. The issue comes when I attempt to save or "publish" the file to .pdf. Ive been successful with the save for small quantities of pages (Less than 200) but when I attempt to create larger file I receive a message that I don't have enough memory - try closing some programs... I don't really think this is a hardware issue as I deal with much larger files on a regular basis. I have 4GB of RAM. Its also worth noting that sometimes I get the message when saving smaller files but usually I just try again and it will work.

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
