Default how to move the box automatically when text moves

in my publisher file i have a long list of firms, a 15 page list . under some firm names, i am putting some extra information and a few photos. so i insert a textbox under the names of those companies and do whatever i want within that text box. but the location of that text box remains absolute and whenever my list moves up or down when i add or remove items from other places in my list, the box remains where it was but the text moves so now the box seems under the wrong company name.

how can i make the box move automatically with other moving text?

if this is not possible how can i insert pictures and description text under each company name? i mean i did it but when i insert the pictures under each company name without a text box the pictures also do not move when the text moves
