2 page to 1 page setup
I have a publisher document that is currently set up as 2 pages. I want to change it to 1 page and then save as a PDF. I have changed the master file, applied it to all pages, and changed the print settings. It looks fine in publisher, but when I save it as a PDF, it still comes out as 2 pages per sheet. I tried using help, but didn't find much help. I am new to Publisher.

Hi, Ms Smith,
I had the same problem but I solved it a different way. I'm using Office 2016 but I hope this will apply to 2013 as well. 1. Open 2-page layout document. 2. Click on Page Design Tab. 3. Click on Size icon. 4. Scroll down and choose Page Setup. 5. Change width and height to 8.5 and 11. Now the two page layouts will be centered over your new 8.5x11 inch page. How to fix this? 6. Duplicate page 1. Move the duplicate to the end because this is going to turn into your last page. 7. On page 1, delete all the last page stuff (on the left). Shift everything from the first page over to your new 8.5x11 page layout. 8. Duplicate page 2. 9. On page 2, delete all the right hand stuff because that will be on page 3. Shift everything over to the right. 10. On page 3, delete all the left hand stuff because it's now on page 2. Shift everything over. You get the idea? I saved my new document as a PDF and it came out fine. |
