![]() How can I make an image visible on the screen, but non-printing? I have some pre-printed stationery. I'd like to place a scanned image of the stationery on the page, maybe in the background, so I can see where the printing is and flow the text around it, but not have the image print. Thanks PS: I have Publisher 2007. |

It is possible that you could create a new master page with your graphic on it. Apply the master to your publication. Now you can create/modify your publication and see the graphic. When it is time to print, click on the ignore master page. This is under the Format -> Apply Master Page -> then click the pull down to select ignore master page.
