Publisher 2000 - Applying multiple styles
This sounds like a pretty easy thing to do..
In a Publisher document (copied from a Word document) I have a couple of hundred items that consist of several components (heading, list, description, separator), each with their own "style". Currently there is differentiation between components by space line only (at best). Is there a simple process of, for example, marquee selecting each group and applying the styles to the components as a group, as opposed to having to apply the styles individually to the components. I am doing it manually and am currently at about the 15th item so any help would be appreciated. For example, the text is currently like this: 1. heading 8 point item 1 in 8 point item 2 in 8 point item 3 in 8 point A few lines of description of the items in 8 point left justified. Separator in 8 point And I want to generate this: 1. heading 10 point item 1 in 6 point item 2 in 6 point item 3 in 6 point A few lines of description of the items in 8 point fully justified. Separator centred in 6 point Thanks |
