OK...
I have been running Publisher 2000 for years (obviously.) Today, I took an old business card design to my favorite repro center...who run 2003 (?) & newer...& the drop shadows in the WordArt were all screwed up. Now...WordArt in v2000...you select it, draw your text box; & an "Enter Your Text Here" dialog box comes up...along w/ a text formatting bar at the top of the screen that allows the designer to create different types of shadows & shading, w/ a kerning adjustment, etc. It's a GREAT function...I LOVE it. WordArt in 2000+ has that stupid Microsoft Word functionality, w/ the goofy multicolor text shapes. What's goin' on? Did they (Microsoft Office) remove it? Is it hiding & I can't find it? How can I open a 2000 file in v2003 (?) (& newer) & have my cool shadows appear as I designed them? Thanks, mark4man |
