Showing unscheduled tasks on Gantt chart
Let's assume the following:
- TASK A is ongoing (duration 4 days) - unscheduled TASK B appears after 2 days (after 2 days it is competed) Result: TASK A duration is 6 days. I would like to show on a Gantt chart that TASK A was interrupted by a 2-day task. If I use "split task" function (and add 2-day gap) to split TASK A I cannot link TASK B to 2nd half of TASK A to indicate that it has impact on it. How can I do this or what is a different method to show it? Thank you answers. MS Project 2003 |
