MS Project Doubt
I have 1 Summary task in which there are 3 tasks with FS relationship, & 3days each task duration, If I wish to change the duration of Summary task from 12 days to 15 days what effect will show in my plan & why?

Hi
You cannot change the duration of a Summary Task as it is made of up the earliest start and latest finish of the child tasks belonging to it. What you need to do to reduce the overall length of the collection of tasks is to reduce the child task durations. Hope this helps. Good luck. Tony(OTPM)
