Hi,
I have a question regarding linking tasks from other projects in an enterprise 2007 MS project environment. Background: In our organisation, all IT development is handled in quarterwise projects. In this case the Q4 project handled by a colleague. My project; Post 2011, include some IT development, which I have given to the Q4 project, but mostly other activites. Both Q4 and Post 2001 are handled in MS Project 2007 Enterprise edition. Goal: To be able to give my steering group an accurate picture of Post 2011, I want to include the tasks in Q4 related to Post 2011 in my project. I have used the Link function where i can see the activites in my project, but the hours/costs are not included in my projects reports. Question: Is there a way to include these task from Q4 into Post 2011 so their costs are included in Post 2011, but handled from Q4? Kind regards, SetfanSt |
