Hi
Open your plan and apply Resource Sheet View showing. Place your cursor over the heading of the Type column then right click and select insert column. Select the Text1 field from the drop down list. You will also have the option to rename the field, in the sample I sent you I renamed it to Resource2. Type in Resource2 and press enter. You will now have a standard column called Resource and next to it a column called Resource2. I then copied all the Auditee names to the new column. Hope this is what you want. I cannot provide screen shots as I am using Project 2007 and 2010. Good luck. Tony(OTPM) |

Hi
Simply apply your Gantt Chart View and then right click over any column header and insert the Text1(Resource2) field column into your Gantt Chart view. Tony (OTPM) |
