Post Resource Column in MS Project 2003

I would like to Prepare Internal Audit Schedule in MS Project .

a) I need TWO INDEPENDENT Resource Names Columns (to define 'Auditor' & 'Auditee' Names). Please guide me for doing the same.
b) Also I would like to include Email Column in the Resource Usage Sheet

Sample File attached. I request your help.

Thanks in advance.

Hi
What do you actually want to achieve? It is not clear from your post.
There is an email field you can show in the Resource Usage view. RightClick on any current column header in the Resource Usage View and select "Insert Column" and choose "Email Address".
You can only have one formal Resource Name column in Project. You can use other custom fields, which you have done, to store other names.
Let us know what you actually want to achieve and we may be able to help you further.

Hi

Thanks for your immediate reply.
a) The email issue is solved.
b) By default, the Multiple Resources are shown in Single Column. But I need the Resources to be shown in Different Columns (To differentiate Different Groups of Resources) .
Is it possible in MS Project? Please give your comments.

Hi
You cannot have more than one Resource Column in MS Project.
However depending on what you are trying to achieve you can use one of the custom Text fields and enter Resource names in that column.
Hope this helps

May I request you to add the 'custom Text field' for Resource Name Selection, in the attached project file

It would be of a Great Help to me.

Hi
The project file was saved in 2003 format. Have you tried download the converter from the Microsoft website? If not try downloading the converter and let me know how you get on.
